Pick-resistant sealant for low movement joints

Excellent impact and wear resistance.
Resistant to picking by fingers.
Excellent primerless adhesion to most surfaces, including metals, most plastics and glass.
Excellent resistance to chemicals & petrol (10 % dilute acids, alkalis, most solvent).
Overpaintable with certain paints (compatibility test should be made).
Can be applied on damp surfaces.

Everbuild Tecnic® Fire Sealant 300

An intumescent and acoustic acrylic sealant that swells when exposed to temperatures in excess of 150 °C

When exposed to heat, it swells greater than 3 x its original size, so creating a char that will resist the passage of fire for up to 4 hours.
No priming required for most construction substrates.
Joint movement capability of +/- 12.5 %.
For use in joints up to 50 mm wide.
Halogen free.
Non slump - easy to apply and tool off.
Tack free in 15 minutes.
Over paintable.
Excellent acoustic properties for sound deadening –average noise reduction of 29 dB.

Everbuild Tecnic® Fire Sealant 400

Fire and Acoustic Rated Low Modulus Sealant.

Fire rated to BS EN 1366-4.
Neutral cure – adheres to most building surfaces, porous and non porous.
Permanently flexible (25 % movement accommodation).
Excellent weathering characteristics – suitable for internal and external use.
Can be used in joints up to 50 mm wide.
Non slump - easy to apply and tool off.
Forms an acoustic seal.

Good flexibility (Butt Joints ±25 %, Lap Joints ±25 %).
Overpaintable with most paints (compatibility test should be made).
Can be applied on damp surfaces.

High viscosity formula for quick easy tooling.
Flexible - movement accommodation of +/- 20 %.
Waterproof seal.
Contains a powerful anti fungal compound to prevent mould growth in the sealant.

A neutral curing hygienic sealant with Mould Shield antibacterial protection

Mould Resistant for up to 10 years (simulated age testing for internal use) AATCC 30 part 3 with Mould Shield.

Bacterial resistance for up to 10 years (simulated age testing for internal use) ISO22196.
